The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from consulting firms to perform engagement, conceptual design, and final design services between 2024 and 2027 for the Wabasha Street Capital City Bikeway (CCB) Extension to the Capitol. Addenda if necessary will be posted on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation.
