Library Lighting Upgrades. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. New lighting controls shall be Lutron to match the existing lighting control system. This project is partially funded from Department of Energy (DOE); Davis-Bacon Wages are applicable.
