2026 Fire Alarm Replacement Project - 2025 at Sells Middle School. Location- 150 W Bridge St Dublin, OH 43017. The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project identified as the 2026 Fire Alarm Replacement Project - 2025 at Sells Middle School ("the Project") . A. Provide all Work as identified in the Contract Documents. The Work proposed in the Contract Document includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Develop and maintain a detailed and comprehensive Project schedule that plans for and tracks all contract Project activities. Review and update the schedule on a regular basis in accordance with contract requirements as set forth in the A201 General Conditions for the project. 2. Provide fire alarm system replacement in Sells Middle School (the building) as designated located at Dublin City School District (DCSD), as shown on the construction drawings. B. All Work covered by these Contract Documents, including all administrative and procedural services, are to be provided as required by the Front-End Specifications, and Division 1 Sections. ESTIMATE OF COST - The total estimated construction cost for the base bid Work for the Project for which bids are being solicited at this time is $463,632.00, including the BAS allowance of $15,000.00. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
