Washington County is currently seeking a multi-year pump, water, well, and septic systems maintenance, repair, and installation contractor. Contractor will work on potable/ non-potable water, grease trap, and sewer system components (controls, floats, pumps, motors, valves, strainer assembly, etc.) Pump types include, but are not limited to, turbine, sump, centrifugal, and jacuzzi. The County is also requesting the ability to purchase from the contractor misc. pumps, motors, and plumbing supplies related to this work. The attached PDF provides a general overview of the type of pumps, motors, and vaults within Washington County sites. The bulk of the work for this contract is typically performed at the misc. Scoggins Valley Park/Hagg Lake septic vaults, water storage cisterns, wells, tanks, and lift stations. Locations are found throughout the park, some with limited access. The pump, water, well, and septic system services requested include, but are not limited to, the following list of contract services: o 24/7 pump and motor repair and support services o Well system diagnostics and repair (well sounding, troubleshooting, pump/motor R&R, providing well logs, etc.) o Preventative maintenance services as requested by the contract administrator o Associated electrical work (controls systems, motors, floats, etc.) o Associated plumbing work o Possible excavation work o Equipment Life Cycle Analysis o Any additional service which may assist the Facilities Department DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: October 28, 2024 The term of the contract will be Initial contract term will be one year, with the option to renew for up to a total of five years. The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County.
