The properties are located at 5945 NE Sewell Avenue (Tax Lot 100), 5825 NE Sewell Avenue (Tax Lots 101 & 102), 6400 NW 268th Place (Tax Lot 903), 26630 NW Meek Road (Tax Lot 1600), and 5745 NE Sewell Avenue (Tax Lot 2801) in Hillsboro, Oregon. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and proper disposal of household hazardous waste, well decommissioning, septic tank decommissioning, building demolition, tree removals, and erosion control. Project includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Complete demolition services for five properties located in Hillsboro, Oregon. 2. Site vegetation clearing and removal 3. Demolition and removal of structures (Includes signing for demolition permit) 4. Water wells abandonment 5. Septic tank decommission (abandonment) 6.
