Site work and renovation of a parking garage in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Replace the Roof on DeBaliviere Bus Garage, Phase 1 The provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the installation of the TPO Mechanically Fastened Roofing System including flashings or approved equal as specified by the Roofing Material Manufacturer's specifications for approximately 336,200 Sq. Ft. Supervisor to be onsite at all times during project and coordinate with Metro's Project Manager. 2.1.1 Remove existing flashings at all locations and all roofing material. 2.1.2 Mechanically attach new 1/2 " HD Iso cover board or approved equal over all roof areas. Contractor shall cut PVC membrane minimum every 10'. 2.1.3 Mechanically attach new 60 mil TPO membrane using either in seam securement (max 10' wide sheets) or using Rhinobond attachment or approved equal. 2.1.4 Flash all penetrations and wall as per the TPO Manufacturer's specifications. 2.1.5 New slip counterflashing's and termination bars shall be installed as per the Roofing Manufacturer's specifications. 2.1.6 Disconnect and reconnect of any utilities shall be coordinated with the Building Maintenance Supervisor and Project Manager. 2.1.7 Existing lightning protection system will be removed and reinstalled by a qualified electrician. Wire/bases that are currently fastened through roof system will be reinstalled with adhered bases. The project shall consist of: removal of existing PVC flashings, all sheet metal counterflashings, copings, PVC membrane and insulation down to the existing metal deck for entirety of the roof. Additionally the work will also consist of: installation of new 1/2 " HD Iso or approved equal at all roof areas, new 60 mil minimum TPO membrane mechanically fastened roof, or approved equal, PVC flashings, all sheet metal counterflashings and copings. - Phase 1 of the project will include the roof over the office spaces located to the east and west of the building per the site map provided. MBE (14.7%), WBE (6.9%), DBE (2%)
