Renovate the Existing City Hall Annex Building The Construction Contract will be awarded based on BEST VALUE between the City and the top-ranked contractor. The project includes interior renovations such as offices, restrooms, secured garage, and minor site improvements. The selected General Contractor will coordinate construction while maintaining site security and watertightness throughout the project. Location at 13035 FM 1346, Saint Hedwig, TX 78152, The City of Saint Hedwig anticipates a 120-day construction period, anticipated to begin on December 2, 2024, with completion by March 28, 2025. The PROJECT includes the renovation of approximately 1,250 SF of the existing building located adjacent to the City Hall Annex that was previously operated as a mechanics office and repair garage. The office portion of the existing building will be renovated into the City Marshal’s Office. Limited work in the shop area of the building will be included.
