Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Saint Hedwig, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Supply and install a packaged wastewater treatment plant, pumps, electrical, SCADA, forcemain, non-potable water system, lift station, wastewater treatment plant site work and all associated appurtenances as shown in the construction documents and specifications. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. SUMMARY OF WORK A. Work of the Project generally includes the supply and installation of a steel basin package wastewater treatment plant and associated process units. More specifically, the Work includes, but is NOT limited to, construction of: a. Headworks b. 0.2 MGD Package Plant c. Tertiary Filter d. Chemical Feed e. UV Disinfection f. Post Aeration Basin g. Generator h. Site improvements to support items above including yard piping, grading, foundations, shade shelters, electrical and instrumentation. i. Site electrical improvements to support items above including duct banks, new transformesr and services with CPS and controls and instrumentation by Heirholzer Engineering j. Influent Lift Station k.
