Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Saint Hedwig, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The River Authority is seeking a contract for professional services for the Martinez IV Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Phase 3 Expansion. The project budget is $75 million. The expansion will increase the plant's permitted average daily flow capacity from 2.5 MGD to a final 5.5 MGD to meet future demand. The project includes construction of new and expanded treatment units including an influent lift station, aeration basins, clarifiers, solids handling facilities, UV disinfection, NPW systems, and associated electrical and I&C infrastructure. A qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) will provide both pre-construction and construction phase services to deliver the expansion in accordance with TCEQ requirements and project specifications. The goods and/or services shall be accomplished per the solicitation documents and all exhibits and attachments identified in the table of contents.
