Renovation of a laboratory facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

A. Work consists of furnishing, installing, testing and commissioning control components that integrate with the existing Building Automation System with equipment located as shown on the drawings and specified herein. The term "provide," when used in this specification shall be interpreted to mean furnish and install. The following is a general summary of the work 1. Provide Building Automation monitoring and control of a. VAV Air Terminal boxes with and without hot water reheat coils b. Hot Water Fin Tube Radiation. 2. Installation and wiring of digital controllers, associated system hardware, software and peripherals. 3. Start-up, training and service. 4. Installation of new monitoring and control points Construction Services for renovation of Cryo Lab in Hasselmo Hall, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. Refer to the Request for Proposal documents (found in the Attachments tab) for full project details/requirements. Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process.
