Principal items include: 1. All exposed piping, conduits, ducts and other metal surfaces, interior and exterior, except as hereinafter specifically excluded. 2. All structural and miscellaneous steel, including tanks. 3. Equipment furnished with and without factory finished surfaces. 4. Equipment on which factory applied finishes have been marred, abraded, scratched, nicked, or otherwise damaged. 5. The contractor shall furnish to Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority (WRCRWA), at no charge for use during this project, the necessary dry film thickness gages and electrical flaw or holiday detection equipment. 6. Signage: a. Removal of all signage and boiler plates as to allow uninterrupted coating coverage. If signage cannot be removed without being destroyed, an itemized list shall be provided to WRCRWA with pictures showing location and signage wording. b.
