Copies of legitimate proof of such licensure and/or certification shall be included in Bidder's response. Bids lacking copies and/or proof of said licenses and/or certifications may be deemed non-responsive and may be rejected. Unless otherwise specified in the Special Conditions, the contractor shall diligently prosecute the work to completion within fourteen (14) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
