Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking to pre-qualify contractors to submit bids for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the OAJ Runway Extension - Phase 1 HWY 111 Relocation project. Balfour Beatty has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the project and will receive bids from and contract with the principal contractors for the execution of the work. We will be accepting pre-qualifications for upcoming bid packages and trades as listed on the prequalification form. Phase 1 includes bid packages for: 01G - General Trades / Fencing - Estimate: $409,400 26B - Site Electrical / Traffic Signalling - Estimate: $90,000 31B - Sitework - Estimate: $8,000,710 31D - Site Utilities - Estimate: $1,647,843 31E - Sitework Combo - Estimate: $9,678,553 Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participation goals will be set for each individual bid package.
