The scope of work is as follows: Provide and install the following Equipment: (2) Trane CGAM 120 Ton Chillers Perform all Mechanical Engineering Services including but not limited to N.C. GS 133-1.1. Provide project documents developed by an Architect or Engineer. Submit required documents to NC DPI Planning Department and manage the process to obtain a Certificate of Review by said department. Demo and remove existing equipment, piping controls and electrical as required. Disposal of the existing equipment as required to meet the EPA guidelines. Provide and install the appropriate chill water piping accessories such as strainers, flex connectors, butterfly valves thermometers and psi gauges as required. Provide and install new heat tracing on all exterior piping as required. Insulate all exterior chilled water piping with 2" fiberglass with aluminum jacket as required. Provide and install all electrical materials needed to connect to new chillers as required. Provide all rigging and crane equipment as required for the above scope. Contractor is responsible for any permits needed. Contractor will be responsible for removal of all debris from the site when work is complete. Provide and install the following for Siemens Controls Scope of work for Siemens: On-site specialist support for customer directed time including travel: 0 Directed to BAU system for Wayne County Schools to support the integration of two Chillers installed for Spring Creek Elementary.
