The County of Wayne is inviting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing architectural/space planning services to study and propose options for the alteration of the existing Jail into office/storage space; as well as updating the atrium and the interior of the courtrooms, restrooms and hallways located in the courthouse annex. The roof of the courthouse and annex is also included. There will be the option of a full design contract if the project is approved to move forward. Packages must include: One (1) original, four (4) copies of the original, and one (1) electronic copy on CD, DVD or USB (email submissions are not acceptable). No Request for Qualifications will be accepted after the official time and date set out here in. Facsimile submissions will not be accepted.
