Renovation of a water / sewer project in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of January 14, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. It is scheduled to be awarded at the 1st Council meeting in February. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, insurance, supervision, permits, fees, waste disposal and abide by all local, state and federal codes applicable to replace estimated 3,800 sq. ft. of roof with a New TPO mechanically adhered system as herein specified. Contractors are strongly encouraged to make a good faith effort to obtain 10% or more M/WBE participation on all contracts. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to add or delete work, to waive informalities, and to award a contract which, in the opinion of the City, appears to be in its best interest. The right is reserved to hold any or all proposals for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening thereof.
