Project Manager: Felecia D Williams, Community Relations & Development Director Email: fdwilliams@goldsboronc.gov Phone: 919-580-4360 The consultant will be expected to work closely with and provide guidance to Community Relations & Development Staff to successfully complete the Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan and follow the guidelines prescribed by HUD. The consultant will be expected to assist the City Staff to ensure the successful completion of the Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan in accordance with 24 CFR Parts 91 and 570 and associated HUD guidance within the limited timeline for submittal.. During the evaluation process, the City reserves the right to request clarification or additional information, and proposers may be requested to make a presentation as part of the process. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, hold proposals for a period of ninety (90) days, add or delete work, waive informalities and to select the firm and service options that are in the best interest of the City. The City of Goldsboro has an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting, and conducting business with women and minority owned enterprises and encourage their participation.
