A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Construction Contract amount, A Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Construction Contract amount The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to add or delete work, to waive informalities, and to award a contract which, in the opinion of the City, appears to be in its best interest. The right is reserved to hold any or all proposals for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening thereof.
