The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, insurance, supervision, permits, fees, waste disposal and abide by all local, state and federal codes applicable to repair and recoat the estimated 4,800 sq. ft. of exposed tank surface as herein specified. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to add or delete work, to waive informalities, and to award a contract which, in the opinion of the City, appears to be in its best interest. The right is reserved to hold any or all proposals for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening thereof. to clean, reseal expansion joints, repair additional cracks of various sizes, and paint the exterior of the Water Treatment Plant Clearwell #1, for the purpose of maintaining the asset and reducing water loss.
