Auditorium Audio Visual Upgrade - High School Mattawan Consolidated School (MCS) invites qualified contractors to provide proposals for upgrading and replacing the Audio Visual system in Mattawan Consolidated School's high school auditorium. This work includes: Purchasing and installation of a network based audio-visual presentation system, providing multiple control stations, and multiple input/output locations that are controlled and routed via a dedicated AV network switch, and dedicated Cat 6 cabling, associated equipment, labor, installation, configuration, training, and testing. Purchasing and installation of a large venue laser projector, and a tab tensioned motorized projector screen to be controlled by the audio visual system, associated equipment, labor, installation, configuration, training, and testing. The Contractor shall pay all costs of the work including, but not be limited to, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, freight, taxes, royalties, patent fees, support facilities, construction equipment, water, heat, utilities, supervision, overhead, and all other items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work.
