Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Mattawan, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The owner is soliciting bids to engineer and produce a Pre-Engineered Metal Building and site clearing for the placement of the new Pre-Engineered Metal Building for Maintenance and Transportation. AVB Construction, LLC is the Construction Manager for the project and is seeking bids for: o 31.100 Sitework o 13.120 Metal Building Systems. Construction commencement and completion will be notated in an addendum. Bids submitted shall be accompanied by bid security in the amount of not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. Each bid submitted shall be accompanied by the following sworn and notarized affidavits: a. Disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board or the superintendent of the school district. b. Certifying that contractor is not barred from public contracting due to bid rigging or bid rotating convictions; and c. Certifying that it is not an "Iran-Linked Business" as defined in Act 517, Public Acts of Michigan, 2001, MCL 129.311, et seq.
