NO HARD COPY BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Instructions on submitting a bid electronically can be found on the website. The cost to submit a bid is $25. Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Goodhue County. See Proposal for more information. The Goodhue County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive defects. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
