On-Call Roadside Litter Pickup for Zoning 1 - MD 32, MD 3, and MD 198 - MDOT SHA Annapolis Maintenance Shop QUESTIONS DUE: Thursday, October 24, 2024 @ 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time Requests for information or questions shall be submitted in writing. The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide open-ended, on-call litter pick up on MD 32 (from Howard County line to I 97 including ramps/interchanges), MD 3 (from Prince Georges County line to I 97), and MD 198 (from Prince Georges County line to MD 32) roadways under the purview of the Annapolis Maintenance Shop. Work activities include removal of trash, litter, and debris including recap, organic debris, bottles, cans, cardboard, paper, etc. Any information regarding the requirements or the interpretation of any provision of the Contract Documents shall be requested, in writing, and delivered no later than this date and time. Responses to questions or inquiries having any material effect on the bids shall be made by written addenda sent to all prospective bidders via eMaryland Market Place Advantage (eMMA).
