Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Zillah, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
sealed bids will be received for two projects located in Zillah, Washington for Yakima County Fire District #5. One Contractor shall be selected for both projects, as follows: Fire Station 10 Addition, located at 717 First Avenue, Zillah, Washington 98953.Administration / Dispatch Building, to be located across First Ave. from the Fire Station. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to Yakima County Fire District No. 5 in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of bid. No bidder may withdraw or modify their bid after the hour set for opening thereof, unless contract award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days. The Yakima County Fire District No. 5 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities therein.
