Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Zillah, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Zillah is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from consulting engineering firms for design and construction services for a sidewalk improvement project at 6th Street and Railroad Avenue, Zillah, WA. The project includes survey, environmental documentation, design of new sidewalk facilities, ADA-compliant curb ramps, drainage improvements, preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), and support during bidding and construction. The scope includes the new construction of approximately 600 linear feet of concrete sidewalks with ADA compliance, driveway access, and a stormwater collection and disposal system along the east/north side. All work must comply with applicable FHWA and WSDOT standards. SOQs will be evaluated based on firm and staff experience, familiarity with WSDOT procedures, past performance, and approach to project management. Qualified disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultants are encouraged to respond.
