Reference Number 0000370145 SCOPE 1.1 It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract to purchase Flexible Porous Product. 1.2 The City reserves the right to request either or both Options 1.2.1 and 1.2.2, whichever the City deems is in its best interest during the term of the contract. 1.2.1 The City may directly purchase the Flexible Porous Product so that the City can install or place the product (GROUP A). 1.2.2 The City may have the contractor deliver and install the Flexible Porous Product (GROUP B). 1.3 Bidders should carefully review the Insurance Requirements of Section 16, and must certify on the Proposal that they have the insurance specified if they are bidding on GROUP B.
