Reference Number 0000366243 PROJECT ESTIMATE: $2,481,484.00 CONTRACT TYPE: This project is General Construction (GC), Unit Price Base Bid, Alternates. GC scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: replacement of the existing brick sidewalk with new brushed concrete and exposed aggregate sidewalk, replacement of the existing curb including installation of new underdrain, upgrade of sidewalk curb ramps, landscaping and street lighting upgrades, milling and resurfacing of the pavement, adjustment of manholes, catch basins, and water valve castings, and replacement of traffic pavement markings. The building portion of the work includes the replacement of the existing granite stairways servicing City Hall, and the renovation or closure of the existing areaway structures. REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Program and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements. This contract contains new requirements for NY Wicks Law.
