GC scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: replacement of the existing brick sidewalk with new brushed concrete and exposed aggregate sidewalk, replacement of the existing curb including installation of new underdrain, upgrade of sidewalk curb ramps, landscaping and street lighting upgrades, milling and resurfacing of the pavement, adjustment of manholes, catch basins, and water valve castings, and replacement of traffic pavement markings.
