FMD is procuring Backflow Maintenance services on state property. A. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials required to provide annual Backflow Maintenance for the equipment in Exhibit A, Attachment 1. Services shall include the following: 1. Preventive Maintenance 2. Repairs 3. Certification 4. Inspection and Testing 2) The services will be performed at the following location: Junipero Serra Building 320 W. 4th Street Los Angeles, CA 90013
