General McLane School District will receive sealed bids to: (A) Purchase 87el0 gasoline and B2 on road diesel fuel with premium additive at either Pittsburgh, PA, Youngstown, OH, or Warren, PA Opis Daily Rack Average pricing. Contract to last for 5 year term. Fuel is tax free. School district consumes approximately 90,000 gallons of gasoline and 3,000 gallons of diesel yearly (2500 gallons of gasoline and 250 gallons ofdiesel per week while school in session). (B) Provide lease and maintenance of one (1) 4000 minimum gallon UL 2085 fireguard tank with two (2) dispensers for gasoline and one (1) 500 minimum gallon UL 2085 fireguard tank with one (1) dispenser for diesel fuel. (C) Procure concrete pad with safety bollards, asphalt approaches, electric power, light pole with lights and all permitting required to install tanks. (D) Provide a wireless fuel management system on both tanks. (E) Remove existing underground fiberglass fuel tanks, fuel lines and dispensers: 2500 gallon gasoline tank and 10,000 gallon diesel tank. (F) Provide temporary fuel tanks for uninterrupted supply of both fuels during install and removal of tanks. The General McLane Board of School Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any, any part of, or all Bids, to waive defect in form and to award any Bid (or part thereof) that is determined to be in the best interest ofthe School District.
