County of Wyoming will receive sealed bids for the purchase of Carpet tiles and adhesive materials. Any questions should be addressed to Michael Adamczak, Director of Facilities -Wyoming County Buildings & Grounds, 36 Center Street, Suite B3, Warsaw, NY 14569, via email: Madamczak@wyomingcountyny.gov The County of Wyoming shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a vendor that were not directly issued to that vendor by the Wyoming County Department of Buildings and Grounds. Any vendor submitting a bid based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Wyoming County Department of Buildings and Grounds. It is highly suggested that all vendors interested in participating in this bid, contact the Wyoming County Department of Buildings and Grounds directly at the above address or calling the office at 585 786 8958 to assure that they have received the most accurate and up to date material concerning this contract. The County does not offer or supply anyone the list of people that have obtained a copy of these bid specifications or cost estimates. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO THIS POLICY. Wyoming County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 10/23/2024 Questions about or clarifications to the technical specifications must be made in writing to the Wyoming County Department of Buildings and Grounds prior to the bid opening. Verbal questions may not be entertained. Questions may be emailed to Madamczak@wyomingcountyny.gov Include bid name. Such questions must be in the possession of the Wyoming County Department of Buildings and Grounds 48 hours prior to the bid opening unless otherwise indicated. Verbal questions may not be entertained. All bids must be an original that is received from the Wyoming County Department of Buildings and Grounds. Bidders shall indicate on the outside of their sealed bid the following information: 1. Title of Bid 2. Date and Time of Bid Opening 3. Company Name Vendors submitting "Alternate" pricing, products or services, must do so as a separate bid package to be considered for award. Each bid must be submitted under separate cover and will be considered on its own merits. The County of Wyoming reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid best fits the needs of the County, to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities. A signed purchase order or a bilaterally signed contract as furnished to a successful proposer will create a binding contract by both parties.
