The City will award the contract to the most qualified and responsible bidder, as determined in the City's sole discretion, who submits the lowest total responsive bid shown on Itemized Bid Sheet "A" plus "B". This bid must also be less than funds available for this project. The City reserves the right to reject a bid if the total bid shown on the last Itemized Bid Sheet is not identical to the total bid shown on the Bid Proposal Sheet, included in this Bid Packet. The City reserves the right to reject a bid if the total bid price shown on the last Itemized Bid Sheet is not calculated correctly. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or irregularity in any proposal in the interest of the City. No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of 60 days after the date of opening thereof.
