Renovation of a mixed-use development in Algona, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Kossuth Medical Center - Air Handler Replacement Bidders are invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at 1515 South Phillips Street, Algona, Iowa 50511 for replacement of existing AHU for Kossuth Regional Health Center. This is an operating facility. Due to the time sensitivity and for code requirements regarding the operation of the equipment, scheduling of work of the installation of new and shut down of the existing will required extensive coordination with the Owner. Work by trades will include Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, General Contract Coordination and other associated trades. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
