Renovation of an educational facility in Clayton, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of: Modernization of Three Elementary School Campuses; Meadow Homes Elementary School, Mt. Diablo Elementary School, Rio Vista Elementary School. Work includes, but is not limited to Selective demolition and construction, including associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical work. Some work may include abatement of hazardous materials. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: A or B. The Bidder's license(s) must be active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and must remain so throughout the term of the Contract. All prequalification questionnaires will be accepted online until 3:00 PM, November 8, 2024, through the District's Prequalification Vendor, Quality Bidders at online. All prospective Bidders are required to sign in at the main entrance of each school. The Site Visit is expected to take approximately three hours. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible. All bids shall be on the form provided by the District.
