The City of Clayton ("City") is requesting proposals ("Proposals") from qualified heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) service providers (individually, a "Respondent" and collectively, "Respondents") to perform quarterly preventative maintenance and as needed repair services for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at City Hall, Corporation Yard, Endeavor Hall and the Library/Hoyer Hall. These repair services and quarterly system maintenance checks are to be performed in accordance with the HVAC system manufacturer's standards. Close of Question period May 9, 2025 (5:00 PM). Answers to all questions finalized May 11, 2025 (5:00 PM). Term of Engagement It is the intent of the City to contract for the services presented herein for a term of one (1) year. The City of Clayton reserves the right to extend the term of this contract for two (2) additional one-year terms subject to satisfactory negotiation of terms, including a price acceptable to both the City and the selected firm. The City reserves the right to issue addenda to modify the terms and conditions of this RFP, including modifications to the Proposal Deadline or to the Attachments to this RFP. Addenda will be posted on Public Purchase. Each Respondent is solely responsible for checking the City's website for addenda, and for reviewing any and all addenda before submitting its Proposal.
