This bid solicitation for HVAC Maintenance and repair has ended. The City will be reissuing a revised Request for Proposal with more complete information on the equipment subject to this bid. The revised solicitation will also include a walk tour built into the pre-submission period. The City of Clayton ("City") is requesting proposals ("Proposals") from qualified firms of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) firms (individually, a "Respondent" and collectively, "Respondents") to perform quarterly maintenance for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at City Hall, Corporation Yard, EndeavorHal and the Library/Hoyer Hall. These quarterly system maintenance checks are to be performed in accordance with the HVAC system manufacturer's standards. It is the intent of the City to contract for the services presented herein for a term of three (3) years. The City of Clayton reserves the right to extend the term of this contract for two (2) additional one-year terms subject to satisfactory negotiation of terms, including a price acceptable to both the City and the selected firm.
