Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sawyer, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work required under this contract is summarized in the OWNER/CONTRACTOR agreement. The specifics of the work are set forth in these specifications and on the contract drawings. The 2020 Standard Specifications for Construction prepared by the Michigan Department of Transportation shall govern except as amended in the Special Provisions and the following Specification Sections. Question Deadline 11/18/2024 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Project consists of new restroom building construction, asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalk, pickleball courts and fencing, lighting, grading, drainage, site furnishings, and landscape improvements.
