Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; and transportation facility.

Plans call for a roadway project as part of phase 2. The project includes an access road & round about with electrical raceways (conduits), site utilities & sodding. Bid Packages Contained in this bid group 2: 26.0 Electrical (Conduit Raceways) 32.0 Paving 32.1 Sodding 33.0 Utilities (include sales tax in bid) Davis Bacon Wage Rate Project. The project is tax exempt for the paving, electrical, & sod contractors. The site utilities contractors will need to include sales tax in their bids. Construction is slated to commence December 2024, with completion no later than October 2025. WBE/MBE Participation encouraged. Davis-Bacon Act, Buy American Act & Federal Provision requirements as indicated in the specs. Direct all questions to the construction manager. All requests for a copy of the bid documents and/or questions will need to be directed to the Construction Manager. Question Deadline 11/06/2024 Do not use Requests for Information form for questions during bidding. Submit questions during bidding, in writing to the Construction Manager. 2. Identify each question by referencing a Specification Section, Drawing Number and Detail Number. 3. Submit questions no later than 5 working days before date bids are received. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 11-11-2024.
