Walls Shall Be Exposed on Both the Interior and Exterior to the Footings. 5 the Completed Study Should Identify Deficiencies, Provide Life Expectancies of Each Structural System, Provide Options and Recommendations for Future Repairs/replacements, and Respective Cost Estimates. 6 Consultant Shall Provide a Report Detailing the Existing Interior Basement Walls Including All Its Related Equipment/components, Its Condition, and Recommend Optimal Mitigation Strategy (Renewal) Options That Will Align With the 10-year Capital Plan. 7 Recommendations Shall Include Class D Estimates for Optional Repair/renewal of the System in Accordance With Io Design Guidelines.
