Phase 2 which includes for Supportive and Transitional Housing Building will include for 48 additional bachelor and accessible units with individual case management to assess youth needs and resourcing to reach the goal of individual self-sufficiency and independence. Phase 2 will also include for renovation and transformation of an existing church into a Cultural Centre that will allow for Youth focused Arts and Indigenous programming, youth events from concerts to art shows as well as offering banquets and meeting space. Combining individualized case management and support across programs in the most cost-effective way to utilize limited operational financial resources, staffing, and shared infrastructure & facilities to maximize deliverables to Kingston youth.
