Everyone on this list will receive updates, including addenda, minutes of the pre-bid conference, and any questions asked & answered during the question period SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 Project 1 2.1.1 Stabilize the left rear corner of structure where foundation wall and footing are settling. 2.1.2 Utilize HP12-53 I beam (qty to be determined) driven to bedrock or to a depth where soil friction on beams will support building foundation. 2.1.3 Excavate foundation and under pin footing with concrete encasing the driven H Pile for support. 2.1.4 Install erosion control prior to work using best management practices. 2.1.5 Stabilize site upon completion of work. 2.1.6 Utilize professional engineer licensed in the State of Vt. To design/determine H beam depth and design of concrete underpin detail. 2.2 Project 2 2.2.1 Concrete slab for building addition right rear corner. 2.2.2 Excavate approximately 200 s.f. area 18" depth. 2.2.3 Place and compact 12" depth 3/4 "crushed stone. 2.2.4 Pour 6" depth 4000 psi concrete slab reinforced with 6x6 x 1/4 " mesh over 2" Styrofoam insulation 2.2.5 Slab to have smooth trowel finish.
