Upon completing the Work as defined by the Contract Documents, the Contractor (awarded Bidder) shall be required to furnish a maintenance bond conditioned to guarantee the Work for the period designated in the Bidding Documents. Additional Bidding Requirements, and provisions of the Contract and the Work, are defined in the Bidding Documents. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents.
