The addition consists of 1 office cubicle, 10 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area, a laundry room, two bathrooms, an equipment room, a workout room, a training room and a utility room,The work to be performed and the bid to be submitted shall include sufficient and proper sums for all General Construction, Foundation, Concrete, Mechanical and Electrical Installation, Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Permits, Licenses, Insurance, Service Costs, and so forth incidental to and required for the construction of the building. The project is tax exempt. Each bid must be sealed in an envelope bearing the title of the Project and the name and address of the Bidder. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms as identified in the Contract Documents and Specifications.
