Professional services to include landscaping and snow removal for passenger stations. All bids must meet NICTD's specifications as further described in the Bid Packet. The Submit Bid link will be disabled after the above stated time and date, so be sure to allow enough time to upload the entire bid prior to this time. NICTD is not responsible for bids that failed to upload prior to the submission deadline. Bids must set forth full, accurate and complete information as required by the instructions in the bid package. Failure to do so may result in rejection of a bid. The bid opening will be held in-person and virtually. Information about participating in this meeting can be found within the bid packet. NICTD's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for these projects is zero percent (0%) of the bid price. Proposers are requested to make good faith efforts to exceed the Districts goal. NICTD will award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for each station. NICTD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive technical defects if, in its judgment, the interests of NICTD so require. NICTD reserves the right to accept any bid within 60 days after the time of the opening of the bids, during which no bid shall be withdrawn. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
