RFP professional services - Landscaping and Snow Removal Landscaping and Snow Removal The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (District) is seeking professional services to include landscaping and snow removal for passenger stations. The bid opening will be held in-person and virtually. Information about participating in this meeting can be found within the bid packet. NICTD's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for these projects is zero percent (0%) of the bid price. Proposers are requested to make good faith efforts to exceed the District's goal. NICTD will award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for each station. NICTD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive technical defects if, in its judgment, the interests of NICTD so require. NICTD reserves the right to accept any bid within 60 days after the time of the opening of the bids, during which no bid shall be withdrawn.
