The purpose of this RFP is to establish multiple on-call retainer contracts for construction related services to accomplish minor building alterations under $100,000 per project. Offers properly submitted and received will be opened immediately following the time offers are due, and a list of the Offerors will be promptly sent to all such offerors. No performance bond is required; however, the County reserves the right to require a performance bond for any specific authorized scope of work, the cost of such bond the County will be responsible to reimburse. Reject all offers not in compliance with prescribed procedures, requirements, rules, or laws, and may reject for good cause any and all offers upon the County's finding that it is in the public interest to do so,
