SBR System Supplier or DAF System Supplier Proposals will only be considered from suppliers that meet the following minimum prequalification requirements. Proposers shall submit the prequalification form as described in the Information for Proposers. The prequalification forms shall be submitted prior to 2:00 p.m. local time on November 23, 2024. Prequalification forms received after this time will be rejected as non-responsive. Site Address: 955 Olney Street SE Site Directions: See Appendix A Preliminary Drawing Sheet G001 for site location and directions. Pre-Qualification: Yes Description: The SBR and DAF equipment supplier equipment shall satisfy the following prequalification requirements. 1. The SBR equipment supplier shall have similar equipment installed and operating in at least five similar facilities in Oregon or Washington. 2. The DAF equipment supplier shall have similar equipment installed and operating in at least five similar facilities in the United States. 3. The SBR installed in similar facilities shall have a minimum treatment capacity of 0.5 million gallons per day (MGD) on an average dry weather basis. 4. The DAF equipment installed in similar facilities shall have a minimum treatment capacity of 200 gallons per minute. 5. Each of the referenced installations shall have been operational for a minimum of 2 years.
