As of December 19 2024 project was awarded to A1 Excavating, awarded amount is $1,566,922.20. 4th and Washington Street & Utility Improvements Description: Major quantities for the Work include: 7,000 SY Reclaim Bituminous Pavement 1,600 LF 6-inch and 8-inch DIP Water Main 1,500 LF 8-inch PVC Sanitary Sewer 1,000 LF 12-inch to 18-inch RCP Storm Sewer 2,100 Ton Bituminous Pavement 3,700 LF Concrete Curb This project should be uploaded the afternoon of Tuesday, October 29, 2024 Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. Document notes.
