Linden Hall Renovation at Ramapo College EVALUATION CRITERIA - The selection process is a qualification-based selection (QBS). Therefore, respondents will be evaluated on their past experience, breadth of experience, project organization, past performance, innovation in construction management, ability to respond to user requirements, evidence of an appropriate balance of construction management creativity and skill, building systems and engineering knowledge, program fulfillment, budget controls, construction management philosophy, approach to the project, resources available to complete the project, experience with education/higher education/housing clients, as well as a realistic understanding of current needs and trends in fast-track multi-facet construction. A Selection Committee will review the submittals and prepare a short list of firms from which oral presentations may be requested Bid Proposal Forms are available at the Ramapo College Purchasing Office website at: http://www.ramapo.edu/purchasing/bidding-opportunities/. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT The goal of this project is to renovate Linden Hall in its entirety including any Add/Deduct Alternates. The Board of Trustees of Ramapo College reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
