Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project proposes extension of Hide-Away Lane NW to provide access to 2 additional lots located north of the current end of road. Proposed road will be privately maintained, and storm mitigation proposed will use energy dissipation at the bottom of the northern slope within the stream buffer. A boundary line adjustment was recently recorded (AFN 202410110086) to aggregate from 5 to 3 lots. Separate building permits will be required at a later date. Proponent: OROZCO PROPERTIES LLC Lead Agency: KITSAP COUNTY Location of proposal: Hide-Away Lane NW., & Bondale Ln, Kitsap County; 242501-1-015-1001, 242501-1-018-1008, 242501-1-019-1007, 242501-1-020-1004, 242501-1-022-1002 The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency for consistency with KCC Title 17 Zoning, Title 19 Critical Areas, Title 22 Shoreline Master Program and Title 12 Stormwater. This information is available to the public on request. This DNS is issued after using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. There is no further comment period on the DNS. COMMENTS: 1. The SEPA comment period previously occurred concurrent with the Notice of Application sent out on December 14, 2023. CONDITIONS: 1. Project shall follow Kitsap County Title 12 zControl.
