Project proposes extension of Hide-Away Lane NW to provide access to 2 additional lots located north of the current end of road. Proposed road will be privately maintained, and storm mitigation proposed will use energy dissipation at the bottom of the northern slope within the stream buffer. A boundary line adjustment was recently recorded (AFN 202410110086) to aggregate from 5 to 3 lots. Separate building permits will be required at a later date. This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency for consistency with KCC Title 17 Zoning, Title 19 Critical Areas, Title 22 Shoreline Master Program and Title 12 Stormwater. This information is available to the public on request. This DNS is issued after using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. There is no further comment period on the DNS. COMMENTS: 1.
