Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes, but is not limited to, pavement reconstruction, water and sewer main extensions, associated service and lateral installations, ADA improvements, and restriping and installation of a Bus Pad on Menlo Drive from Lompa Lane to Airport Road. Question Cut Off Date 11/13/2024 11:00:00 AM (PT) Questions regarding this bid must be submitted via electronic . 11/15/2024 11:00:00 AM (PT) Last Addendum Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the District 3 ARPA Pavement Preservation Project. This project includes but is not limited to pavement reconstruction, water and sewer main extensions, associated service and lateral installations, ADA improvements, restriping and installation of a Bus Pad on Menlo Drive, from Lompa Lane to Airport Road. The Contractor shall grind or blast off all existing striping prior to applying slurry. All striping will be replaced to match existing striping unless otherwise shown on the plans. Construction of this project shall be completed by August 31, 2025. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto
